Ingredients

(about 12 servings)

FOR THE CRUST:

  • 10 oz vanilla cookies
  • 3.5 oz butter

FOR THE FILLING:

  • 1 lb 2 oz natural yogurt
  • 3 oz powdered sugar
  • 2 packages cream cheese (about 15 oz)
  • 4 gelatin leaves

FOR DECORATION:

  • 5.3 oz raspberries
  • 5.3 oz blackberries
  • 3.5 oz strawberries

Preparation

Grind the cookies with sugar, then add the melted butter. Mix well, then put in a circular mold around 8 inches in diameter. Bake over 360°F for 10 minutes or until brown and allow to cool.

Hydrate the gelatin leaves in cold water for 15 minutes, then strain and melt for 30 seconds in the microwave.

Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese until obtaining an ointment consistency, then add powdered sugar and mix well. Then add the natural yogurt, then the melted gelatin leaves, and mix everything together.

Once the dough has cooled, spread the mixture on top and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or until set.

Once it sets, unmold and cover the pie with raspberries, chopped strawberries and blackberries.

Decorate with powdered sugar when serving.
