Put the yoghurt, blackberries, and honey in a beating bowl.
Beat well and strain to eliminate all the seeds. Put in the freezer.
Chop the walnuts with a knife and mix with 1 tablespoon of honey. Put the mixture as a base in plating molds.
Leave in the freezer for an hour and stir the ice cream to break the ice crystals.
Refill the molds where you placed the walnuts with ice cream and leave in the freezer again until serving.
Take out a bit earlier so that they are creamier.
