Ingredients

  • 3 yellow bell peppers
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ cup physalis
  • ½ garlic clove
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sunflower oil
  • A pinch of curry

Preparation

Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the veins and seeds. Then, chop them into medium chunks.

Peel the apple, remove the seeds, and also chop it into irregular chunks. Follow the same steps for the tomato.

Open the physalis and remove their calyxes.

Blend everything but the oil in a blender. Add it later to emulsify and blend until everything is completely integrated.
