Step 1:
Melt the cream cheese in the microwave, then incorporate the natural yoghurt and minced chives.

Spread the cream cheese and yoghurt paste on each tortilla, and put the dehydrated blueberries across the tortilla.

Then add the pastrami, lettuce leaves, arugula, and sliced avocado.
