Ingredients

  • 1 lb 2 oz white chocolate for topping
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • Skewer sticks

Preparation

Assemble brochettes with berries of your choice.

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie until completely liquid and serve immediately with the brochettes for dipping.
