Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 7 oz pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 12 physalis
  • 1/2 broccoli
  • 3 liters (100 fl oz) chicken broth

Preparation

Dice the potatoes, carrots, pumpkin, and celery into small cubes. Separate the broccoli into small florets.

First, bring the potatoes and carrots to a boil in the chicken broth. Boil for 2 minutes.

Then add the pumpkin, broccoli, and celery for 5 minutes, then add the corn, peas, and physalis. Let them boil for 8 minutes.

Turn off the heat and allow it to set for a few minutes.

Now, you are ready for this delicious winter soup!
