Ingredients

  • ¼ cup neutral oil

For the crepes:

  • 1 ½ cup wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 3 tbsp neutral oil
  • 2 2/3 cup soy milk
  • 1 tbsp raspberry powder

For the filling:

  • ½ cup Nutella
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients for the crepes in a blender until smooth.

Heat over medium heat in a non-stick pan and add some oil with a paper towel.

Put 1/3 cup of the mixture and move the pan to spread evenly; when it starts to brown, flip and cook for a few seconds, then remove from the heat. Repeat until using all the mixture.

Fill each crepe with Nutella and fresh strawberries.
