Ingredients

  • 1 lb 2 oz chocolate
  • 2 cup raspberries
  • 3 peaches
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1.7 fl oz rum
  • 10.5 oz vegan cream cheese
  • 1 cup non-dairy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Whip the cream cheese to dissolve lumps.

Incorporate the powdered sugar and whip for a few more minutes. Add the cream and keep beating until the cream is slightly whipped.

Separately, mix the raspberries, diced peaches, sugar and rum in a bowl.

Cut the sponge cake into small cubes.

Put in cups, first a layer of sponge cake, then a layer of fruits, then the cream and cream cheese mixture, and repeat. Decorate with raspberries.
