Mix ½ cup of juice and agar agar in a pot with a whisk, and once there are no lumps left, add the rest of the juice, mix and turn on the heat.
Stir constantly and when it boils, wait 3-5 minutes, while still stirring, then turn the heat off.
Pour the liquid into a dish or jelly molds, then add small pieces of physalis and cranberries.
Allow to cool, put in the fridge and once the texture is consistent, unmold.
