Ingredients

(20 to 25 units)

  • 9 oz almond flour
  • 3.5 oz dates
  • 3.4 fl oz coconut milk
  • 3.5 oz physalis, cut into quarters
  • 2 oz chocolate chips
  • 1 oz grated coconut

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 340°F.

Mix the dates and coconut milk in a jar. Mash until obtaining a smooth purée.

Pour the almond flour in a bowl, add coconut, chocolate chips and physalis. Then add the dates mixture and stir until forming a dough.

Make the balls and put them in an oven tray with a Silpat, squash lightly and bake for 15 to 17 minutes, or until brown.

Take out of the oven and allow to cool on a baking rack.
