Step 1:
Use a beater to mix the cream cheese with the cream and lemon zest. The mixture must be lump-free and smooth.
Step 2:
In a small bowl, add 1 cup of hot water and the gelatin to dissolve it completely. Incorporate the gelatin to the previous mixture. All the ingredients must be perfectly integrated.
Step 3:
Mix the blackberries with the raspberries and distribute them in 6 jars. Then add the cream cheese mixture. Put the jars in the fridge for 8 hours until it sets.
Step 4:
Once the mixture is firm, add the cookies ground in a mortar, but there should still be large chunks. Decorate with one raspberry and one blackberry.
