Sauce:
Put abundant olive oil in a wok and once it is hot, add the 4 tablespoons of brown sugar, over medium heat. Once the sugar has dissolved, put the turkey sirloin in, add salt and pepper, and flip the turkey so that it browns on both sides. Cook over low heat slowly, without letting the sugar burn.
Once the sirloin is cooked, slice and serve with the berry sauce.
It can be served together with sliced potatoes or pilaf rice.
