FOR THE DRESSING:
Put 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of honey mustard in a big plate, then mix and smear the plate. Place the tuna slices and add: rough bindweed fruit, green cherry tomatoes, chives, Chilean guava, the zest of 1 lemon and Mediterranean pine nuts.
FOR THE DRESSING:
Mix 1/2 cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of old-style mustard, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of chili paste, salt and pepper. Mix well and pour the dressing right before serving!
