Wash the tomato and cut it into thin wedges.
Take the mozzarella from the liquid it comes in and let it dry for a while so it does not release too much liquid into the plate. Cut it into slices similar to the tomato.
Wash the basil and mince.
Put the tomato, mozzarella, basil and blueberries cut into quarters in two plates.
Season to taste with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
