Ingredients

(2 glasses)

  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 1/2 mango, chopped
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 piece of ginger, peeled (around 0.8 inch)
  • 1 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana, frozen (to obtain the best consistency, but it can also be fresh)
  • 1 cup water

Preparation

First make a red layer by mixing the raspberries, banana, and the cup of water in a blender until smooth, without any pieces. Put in the fridge and wash the blender.

Then create an orange layer combining peach, mango, ginger and orange juice in the blender. Mix until everything is blended and smooth.

Serve a red layer in each glass, filling up to half, and then cover with the orange layer, and they will mix a little. Drink immediately.

Tips:
