Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 2 oz dates
  • 3.5 oz cashews
  • 3.5 oz blueberries
  • Cocoa powder (optional)

Preparation

Blend everything in a food processor and add the blueberries last. Once you have a wet mixture, stop blending.

Form the balls in the size you want and keep them refrigerated until serving.

Dust some cocoa powder on top.
