Preheat the oven to 360°F.
Put the tagatose in a pot or pan and make a caramel. Pour it on the base of a rectangular baking pan.
Beat the whole eggs with stevia in a bowl, add milk, vanilla extract, strawberries in quarters and orange zest.
Put the mixture over medium heat for 3 minutes and stir the ingredients well without letting it boil.
Pour into the caramelized baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.
Wait until cold before serving.
