Mix the flour, salt, yeast, olive oil, warm water and knead until the dough is smooth. Allow to ferment for an hour.
Then form a ball and allow to ferment one hour more on a floured plate, covered with a damp cloth.
Roll out the dough and bake for 10 minutes at 360°F.
Take out of the oven and fill the pizza with grated mozzarella cheese, pieces of cream cheese and sliced strawberries.
Bake for 5 more minutes, take out and serve.
