Make a crumble using 9 oz of self-rising flour, 3.5 oz of butter at room temperature and 7 oz of sugar. You can make it by hand or using a food processor.
Meanwhile, mix 2 eggs, 6.7 fl oz of milk, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract and the zest of 1 lemon.
Put 3/4 of the crumble in an oiled mold. Crush using your hands. Pour the egg mixture over the crumble (it will be absorbed. This is normal!). Add strawberries and cover them using 1/4 of the reserved crumble.
Put in the oven, preheated to 340°F, for about 40 minutes.
