Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz strawberries
  • 7 oz mango, diced
  • 2 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Put 10.5 oz strawberries, whole or chopped depending on their size, 7 oz of diced mangoes (you can add them frozen if you prefer), 2 fresh rosemary sprigs, 1/4 cup white vinegar, 1 cup sugar, salt and pepper in a small pot.

Simmer until the liquid is thick like syrup. It should take around 30 minutes.

This jam is intended to be eaten with cheese, roast beef, a sandwich or any other meal of your choice!
