Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz flour
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 9 oz butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 10.5 oz sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3.5 oz fresh Hortifrut strawberries
  • Chantilly cream

Preparation

Sift the flour and add the yeast. Whip the butter with vanilla and eggs in a bowl, then add the flour. Whip, add milk, sugar, and vanilla.

Once smooth, put the mixture in the cupcake maker, and heat until they are baked.

Once the base for the cupcakes is done, remove the center, and fill with chopped strawberries. Decorate with Chantilly cream and sliced strawberries, and enjoy!
