Ingredients

(4 glasses)

  • 6 oz (180 ml) coconut rum (Malibu)
  • 6 oz (180 ml) coconut milk
  • 8 pineapple slices
  • 1 lb 2 oz strawberries
  • 2 glasses crushed ice
  • 1 pineapple slice for decoration

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Distribute the drink into 4 glasses.
  3. Cut each pineapple slice and decorate each glass.

* If you want a slushier drink, you can freeze the strawberries before using.
