FOR THE DRESSING:
In a long dish, arrange a layer of lettuce, a layer of arugula, cut the strawberries and put them over the arugula, add pomegranate and walnuts.
Add the same amount of balsamic vinegar and oil to a jar; I used a small jar and added a teaspoon of honey mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Close the jar and shake well until the mixture is emulsified and pour on top of the salad.
Do not stir immediately so that it is part of the table decoration, stir when serving.
