Soften the butter.
Add cornstarch, yolk, and egg.
Then add the flour and form a smooth dough.
Flour your counter and roll out the dough to 4 mm.
Put in a baking pan and freeze for 15 minutes.
Make the filling in a jug, putting the cream, the cornstarch dissolved in milk, eggs, cooked spinach, and a layer of fresh strawberry slices, cover the strawberries with more filling and sprinkle some grated cheese.
Bake for 40 minutes until brown, serve warm.
