Ingredients

  • 4 dates
  • 2 bananas (1 fresh and 1 frozen)
  • 1 frozen mango, chopped
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

Topping*:

  • Blueberries
  • Coconut flakes
  • Mango pieces
  • Granola

* The toppings may vary to taste and depending on availability.

Preparation

Put all the ingredients for the smoothie in the blender (except for the toppings) and blend until thick and smooth.

Distribute the mixture into two bowls, and first add the mangoes in the center, then coconut flakes, granola, and finally the blueberries.
