Using a hand blender, blend 1 unflavored natural yogurt, the juice of one lemon, 1 bunch of chives, 1 scallion (green portion), 1/4 bell pepper, 1 tbsp mustard, 3 small avocados, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of coriander. Blend.
Place slices of smoked salmon in a plate, add some raspberries, blueberries and pomegranate arils, and decorate with avocado dressing.
Of course, this dressing is amazing with French fries, as a salad dressing, and even as a side for a barbecue.
