Put a plastic wrap rectangle on the table and make a rectangle with smoked salmon slices.
Spread a layer of cream cheese over the fish and then at the bottom edge put several carrot, bell pepper and cucumber sticks, peeled and seedless. You can add the vegetables you want. Grate the zest of 1/2 lemon very finely over the vegetables.
With the plastic wrap, roll everything, tightening well to form a cylinder (as a roll cake) and leave the roll wrapped with the plastic. Put it in the fridge for a few hours.
Serve as an appetizer with pita chips and rough bindweed fruit.
