Blend half an onion, 1 teaspoon of ginger and 1 mango.
Put oil in a frying pan and add 1 tablespoon of turmeric and 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom. Cook for one minute until fragrant and add the previous paste, salt and pepper.
Cook for a few minutes and add a can of coconut milk. When it boils, add large shrimp and chopped palm hearts.
Decorate with rough bindweed fruit and voilà!
