Ingredients

  • 1.3 lb sea bass
  • 2 oz physalis
  • 2 oz mango
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 oz blackberries
  • 1 parsley sprig
  • 3 lemons
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Cut the sea bass into thin strips and put them one next to the other in a large plate.

Dice the avocado, cut the mango into strips and the blackberry and physalis in halves, and set aside.

Mix the mango, avocado, blackberry, physalis and parsley in a bowl and stir carefully. Season with soy sauce, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Add the mixture on top of the sea bass slices and serve.
