Ingredients

  • 1.3 lb sea bass
  • 5.3 oz rough bindweed fruit
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 6 lemons
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 0.4 oz yellow chili pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 0.4 oz ginger
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Carefully wash the fish, dice, and put in a dish.

Add salt, pepper, rough bindweed fruit, garlic, ground chili pepper, coriander, ginger and lemon juice. Allow to marinate for a few minutes.

Add the julienned onion, cucumber and avocado. Stir and season with salt and pepper to taste.
