For the dressing:
Separate the broccoli into florets and boil for 5 minutes (remove when al dente). Drain and add cold water.
Sauté the broccoli for 5 more minutes in a wok with sesame oil and set aside.
Grate the carrots on the coarse side of the grater.
Dice the red onion, mince the coriander and cut the strawberries into quarters.
Pour all the salad ingredients into a bowl and mix.
Put all the dressing ingredients together and add to the salad.
