ROASTED STRAWBERRIES WITH CHOCOLATE SAUCE

Ingredients

(4 servings)

  • 10.5 oz fresh strawberries, cut in halves
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

FOR THE SAUCE:

  • 1.7 fl oz liquid cream
  • 2 oz chocolate

Preparation

Heat the cream and, once it begins to boil, remove from the heat and add the chocolate, stirring until it melts. Mix well.

Heat a grill and once very hot, put the strawberries until the lines are well marked.

Remove from the heat, put in a serving dish or plate, sprinkle some powdered sugar and add the chocolate sauce on top.
