Marinate the ribs with plenty of chili paste and allow to set for about two hours.
To prepare the sauce, put 5.3 oz of blackberries and 5.3 oz of blueberries in the blender, add water, blend and set aside.
Add the blackberry and blueberry smoothie, sugar and vinegar in a pot. Cook until the liquid is reduced by half.
When the sauce is smooth, add the remaining blackberries and blueberries, and stir for a few minutes. Set aside.
Place the ribs on the grill over low heat on the bone side.
Cook for about one hour on the bone side and half an hour on the other side.
Cut the ribs and serve as single ribs with berry sauce.
