Raspberry Thai sauce

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup natural yoghurt
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • 3 oz peanuts
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ green chili pepper
  • 2 tbsp raspberries
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix the natural yoghurt and coconut milk.

Step 2:
Mince the coriander and green chili pepper.

Step 3:
Mash the raspberries to a pulp.

Step 4:
Add the yoghurt and coconut milk mixture, coriander, green chili pepper, and peanuts to the raspberry pulp, mix everything and stir until creamy. Add olive oil and pepper to the mixture and enjoy with vegetable sticks.
