Ingredients

FOR THE LAYER OF BROWNIE:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

FOR THE LAYER OF CHEESECAKE:

  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp raspberry powder
  • 1 cup blueberries

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 360°F.

For the brownie, use an electric mixer in a bowl to incorporate the butter and sugar until obtaining a fluffy mixture.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat again until well mixed. Add the flour, cocoa powder and salt. Mix well.

Extend the brownie dough in a buttered square mold and even out in a uniform layer.

For the cheesecake layer, using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, Greek yogurt and eggs until soft. Add the sugar, flour and vanilla extract and mix again until well integrated. Incorporate the raspberry powder and cut blueberries.

Spread the cheesecake mixture on top of the brownie dough.

Bake for 40 minutes or until set and you can see the edges are getting brown.

Take out of the oven and allow to cool.
