Ingredients

(2 servings)

  • 2 small limes cut into 4
  • 2 mint sprigs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 oz raspberries
  • 2.7 fl oz rum
  • Crushed ice to taste
  • Sparkling mineral water to finish

Preparation

  1. Distribute the lime pieces, sugar, raspberries and mint leaves into 2 lowball glasses. Mash with a mortar.
  2. Add ice up to half of the glass and stir. Then add the rum, fill with more ice and finish with sparkling mineral water to taste.
  3. Stir gently and decorate with mint leaves.
