Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango in chunks
  • 0.4-inch piece fresh, peeled turmeric or ½ – ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • A pinch of black pepper

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.*

Drink immediately.

 

* If you are using a blender with less power, it may take a little longer

to achieve a good consistency. If that is the case, a little more almond milk

or water will make it easier to blend.
