A fresh smoothie with all the antioxidant benefits of raspberries, the detox effects of cucumber and celery, and the sweet and summery touch of peach.
First put the celery, cucumber and mint leaves in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. Strain using a strainer or a nut milk bag.
Blend the resulting juice with the raspberries and peaches, until there are no little pieces left. If you think it’s too thick, you can add water.
