Beat the cream cheese with lemon zest and juice until soft. Add condensed milk and continue beating until smooth.
Set aside.
Break the cookies with your hands into chunks and distribute half of them in the glasses where you will be serving the dessert (6 medium or 8 small glasses).
Distribute half of the raspberries in the glasses.
Pour the cheese mixture in the glasses and spread a little.
Add a second layer of cookies.
And lastly, add a second layer of raspberries.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and enjoy!
