Ingredients

Crepes:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp raspberries

Filling:

  • 2 coconut Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

Preparation

Pour all the crepes ingredients into the blender and blend well. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk.

In a preheated pan, add ¾ of a ladleful of batter and cover the whole pan with batter in a circular motion. After 1 minute, flip the crepe and leave for 30 more seconds. Remove and repeat until forming all the crepes.

On each crepe, put 2 spoonfuls of yogurt, strawberry slices in a corner, fold in half, and add more yogurt and strawberry slices. Fold in half again. It will be shaped like a triangle.
