Step 1:
Cook the chopped pumpkin, onion, and garlic clove together in a pot.
Once the pumpkin is cooked, put the pieces, without the broth, in the blender, cover, and blend at low speed.
Step 2:
With the blender on, add the broth little by little until achieving a creamy consistency.
Step 3:
Add the grated ginger and the half cup of berries.
Step 4:
Heat in a pot and serve in bowls.
