Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 5.5 oz pomegranate arils
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Saltine crackers

Preparation

First, put the sugar and water in a pan. Once the sugar crystals have dissolved, add the pomegranate and caramelize. Set aside.

Open the package of cream cheese and put the stick in an appetizer tray, add the caramelized pomegranate on top.

Serve with saltine crackers.
