Ingredients

Crepes:
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp oil
A pinch of salt

Filling:
1 liter (34 fl oz) vanilla ice cream
1 lb raspberries
Chocolate sauce to decorate

Preparation

Step 1:
for the crepes, put the milk and eggs in a blender, then pour the obtained mixture into a bowl, add the flour and the teaspoon of oil, and mix well.

Step 2:
heat a bit of oil in a pan (hopefully a non-stick pan) and cover the entire surface with the mixture, brown on both sides, remove from the heat, and allow to cool.

Step 3:
Place some vanilla ice cream and raspberries on the crepe. Fold the crepe.

Step 4:
Decorate with chocolate sauce and raspberries, serve immediately.
