Put a 1.8 lb-2.2 lb piece of tri-tip in a dish.
In a bowl, mix: 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of meat sauce, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of palm syrup (or brown sugar), pepper and Himalayan salt. Tenderize the meat in the marinade. Allow to set for over half an hour.
Bake at 480°F for 20 minutes per 2 lb of meat. This way it will be pink in the center. Allow to set, hopefully more than five minutes, before cutting, this way you won’t lose the juices. Decorate with blueberries and physalis.
