In a round baking pan, hopefully springform, put 1 layer of Oreos without the cream, soaked in milk. Cover with dulce de leche (much better if it is canned), then a layer of raspberries, a layer of Chantilly cream, then again cookies soaked in milk, and repeat every layer. Finish with cookies.
Put in the freezer, hopefully for a few hours! Ideally until frozen. Take out of the freezer before serving. Cover with a lot of raspberries and physalis, which is a pretty sour fruit that grants color and freshness to this cake.
