Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups Hortifrut strawberries
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • Mint leaves
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • Orange zest
  • 2 tbsp triple sec

10 servings, 189 kcal per serving

Preparation

Boil the orange juice with sugar and orange zest.

Dissolve the gelatin in cold water until it is well hydrated.

Then microwave the gelatin for 15 seconds and mix well with the orange juice.

For the assembly, alternate strawberries and gelatin mixture. Ideally in cold bain-marie.
