Beat the butter with sugar until creamy, add the egg, and combine with the beater together with cinnamon and honey.
Separately, mix the dry ingredients (oatmeal, flour, baking powder) and add them to the previous mixture using a spatula.
Allow to set in the fridge until firm (1-2 hours), make balls and crush them with your hand, leaving a hole in the middle, which will be filled with berry jam and a fresh raspberry, blueberry, or blackberry.
Bake at medium heat (350°F) on an over tray with a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes.
