Ingredients

  • 1 cup berries of your choice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup white granulated sugar, optional. It can be replaced with a sweetener of your choice
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin (0.25 oz)

Preparation

Put the berries, sugar and water in a small pot. Squash them a little with a wooden spoon and heat over low heat until it starts boiling. Turn off the heat.
Add all the mixture to a blender and blend until obtaining a smooth liquid.
Sieve the mixture and return the liquid to the pot. Bring to a boil again and then turn the heat off.
Sprinkle gelatin powder while vigorously mixing with a hand mixer until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
Pour the mixture into a smooth bottom container (Tupperware-type container) and put in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
Fill a bowl with boiling water and sink the base of the container with gummies (for them to loosen a little bit). Turn over onto a board and chop into the desired size.
