Preparation
- Soak the skewer sticks in water.
- Thread a cherry tomato onto the skewer, then basil, a bocconcini, a slice of salami folded in half and then in a third, then a blackberry, another mozzarella ball, a basil leaf, and finish with another blackberry or tomato.
- Repeat with 7 more brochettes.
* You can sprinkle olive oil and some pepper.
