Ingredients

(8 servings)

  • 16 bocconcini (small mozzarella balls)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 basil leaves
  • 8 blackberries
  • 16 slices Italian salami
  • Skewer sticks

Preparation

  • Soak the skewer sticks in water.
  • Thread a cherry tomato onto the skewer, then basil, a bocconcini, a slice of salami folded in half and then in a third, then a blackberry, another mozzarella ball, a basil leaf, and finish with another blackberry or tomato.
  • Repeat with 7 more brochettes.

* You can sprinkle olive oil and some pepper.
