Boil the pearled barley in water for about 30 minutes, until soft but without losing their consistency. Once done, remove from the heat, stir the water, and allow to cool.
In a Teflon pan or pot, prepare a caramel with plenty of water. Once it has homogeneously dissolved, add the drehydrated peaches and bring to a boil.
Finally, add the physalis whole (and some chopped for more flavor) and boil for no more than 5 minutes so that they do not collapse.
When everything is cool, serve and enjoy!
